You remember of course that you can use Questmail to check up on your mail in the interim. Not very convenient and buggers up the Japanese, but you can at least make sure you're not missing customers' requests.

The dodgy foot is definitely getting better and you probably didn't ask because under normal circumstances i.e. just walking, it's fine. Going by the typo in the post though, it looks as if I might have dropped it on the foot! ;+)

Questmail: a bit more complicated than that, but I'll tell you more later.
