Alas, it is the same in the England rugby world.
Apart from the surreal cricket results (that are so unbelievable that they do not warrant reading, just wonderment), there has been nothing but a glut of unreadable bad news, which has done wonders for my workrate, so some good has been salvaged out of the weekend.
The cricket is totally unreal isn't it. The Kiwis must be crap.
As for the football, not too disappointed. I think we could do quite well if that performance is an indication of how we can play i.e. plenty of containment with a flash here and there.
